Meaghan Burridge, B.Comm (Co-op), E-RYT

Program Director and Senior Teacher

Meaghan is an experienced yoga teacher known for pairing just the right level of challenge with a light sense of humor. She began her yoga journey as a teenager looking for relief from chronic back pain and more than a decade later the practice has become an integral, life-long therapy that continually heals more than just pesky back pain. Since those early days of yoga exploration in Toronto, Meaghan has studied throughout Canada, the United States, and Thailand and especially in Montreal with teachers Robin Golt and Barrie Risman. Trained in the Anusara method of alignment-based, heart opening Hatha yoga Meaghan teaches from the heart, for the heart and weaves body, mind and soul together as they are meant to be.
